New Mexico Wildfires

We hope you and your family are safe.

We recognize that you may have been affected by the recent Wildfires and have a lot to deal with right now, and the last thing we want you to worry about is your insurance.

If you have a payment due related to any Progressive insurance products written in the state of New Mexico, please call us at 800-876-5581 if you're concerned about maintaining your coverage, or need extra time to make a payment as a result of the severe weather. For customers who pay electronically, we'll continue to withdraw their insurance payment from their bank as usual unless they ask us to stop. Please note that we're offering this payment leniency program through June 16th, and any deferred payment does not represent a period of free coverage for customers. Customers are required to pay the full amount due on their policies at the end of the deferment period.

If your vehicle has been damaged, you can report your claim online or call 800-776-4737.

After filing your claim, we'll e-mail you to let you know when you can monitor its status online.
